OMARD was established in 2019 to specifically undertake development projects in the Klang Valley. Although a relatively new player in the property industry, the people behind OMARD have nearly forty years of experience in property development. Our capabilities were proven through our resilience and efficiency in responding to the market changes brought by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Currently, OMARD is launching Kirana Sg Merab, an exclusive hillside enclave conveniently situated between Bandar Baru Bangi and Putrajaya. Over the next few years, OMARD plans to develop its various land banks that are strategically located throughout the Klang Valley, such as Bangi, Putrajaya, Shah Alam and Sungai Buloh.
With growing concerns over the effects of climate change, OMARD is committed to lessen its impact on the environment while maintaining the highest quality of its properties by employing the best technology.
As a subsidiary of the well-known AIMA Development, OMARD is a 100% Bumiputera status company and has previously been involved in both residential and commercial projects under the AIMA brand, which in total has completed more than 20,000 cumulative units across all property types in three different states.
